ALS, AMT has just got his main paper (on 'Computable Numbers', according to Mrs Turing) ready and sent in; correspondence about the Comptes Rendues has gone astray, and Alonzo Church has just published a paper on the same subject in America, though Mr Newman and AMT think the method sufficiently different to warrant publication of AMT's paper too.
